At MEMEMORA we want you to shop with confidence. Every personalized gift is created with care and attention to detail. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • A return request must be submitted within 3 DAYS of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or inserts, if applicable.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Personalized & Non-Returnable Items

As most of our products are custom-made specifically for you, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

  • The personalization differs from the details provided in your confirmed order due to our error.

Please review all names, dates, spellings, photos, and customization details carefully before placing your order.


3. Return Timeframe

If your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving your order.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if the item is damaged)

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 14 DAYS after approval.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products in the following situations:

  • Damaged items

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect products shipped

  • Incorrect personalization due to our error

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equal value, store credit, or a refund, as appropriate.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you, where applicable.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without prior approval


8. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged or defective product

  • An incorrect item sent by us

  • An error in personalization caused by us

Customer will bear the return shipping costs.

If a return is approved for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Please do not send products back without first contacting our support team.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once a personalized product has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
