1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7 DAYS after payment confirmation.
Since many of our products are personalized, additional time may be required to create your custom order before it is shipped.
Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We work with trusted courier partners to deliver your orders across India.

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7. International Shipping
Option A – If you only ship within India:
At this time, MEMEMORA ships only within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Option B – If you ship internationally:
We offer international shipping to selected countries.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 3 DAYS of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at manthan6446@gmail.com.
