If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, an applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of personalized products, such items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The wrong item is delivered.

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.

  • The personalization does not match the approved order details due to our error.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within  3 DAYSof delivery at manthan6446@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds, replacements, or store credits will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
